I have been involved in change management throughout my career, and found my true interests lay in developing the potential of people and organizations. I never cease to wonder at the energy and excitement that can be released and harnessed through a well managed and thought through change process. I truly believe that this experience should be the rule rather than exception, and love working with organisations who are prepared to go the extra mile to make that become a reality.
I set up Answers Consulting in 2000, and since then I have worked with both corporate and SME clients. In an independent assessment by the British Accreditation Bureau, I achieved an average overall satisfaction rating of 9.33 out of 10 from clients over a two year period. Generating customer satisfaction is not only a core consultancy measure but also a fundamental belief on which the consultancy is run.
In working with clients, I use a range of tools and techniques, as well as my broad experience of business, strategy, marketing and engineering.
